Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, setting up training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits, payroll, and time-off requests.
  • Provide administrative support to HR managers and executives as needed.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Prepare reports related to HR activities and metrics as required.

Experience:

Working Hours:
  • Full-time remote position.
  • Standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST) with flexibility depending on the candidates time zone.
