In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales for our recruitment and staffing solutions. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Understand client needs and present appropriate service solutions to meet their recruitment goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback and suggest strategies for continuous business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
Basic understanding of the recruitment or staffing industry (preferred, but not mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in B2B sales or working with service-based companies is a plus.
Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply.
Flexible working hours with core availability required between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
Monday to Friday (optional weekend availability for client calls if needed).
