What you need to succeed :

• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience building enterprise-grade or web-scale software using Java and Open Source technologies
• Due to security clearance reasons, you need to be in Canada for at least 5 years, with current work status as either Permanent Resident or Citizen.
• You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in business, technology, or a relevant field.
• Strong conceptualization ability, excellent ability to translate abstract ideas into high-quality, working code
• Highly collaborative and capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
• Familiarity with IDE tools like Eclipse / IntelliJ, Database tools like PL-SQL Developer
• Working knowledge of Github or other version control tools
• Experience participating in requirement analysis, design, and code reviews, focusing on high-quality, secure, reliable, and performant solutions
• Strong collaboration skills demonstrated through effective work with stakeholders, quality analysts, and security experts
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Security Clearance Requirement: In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date. This includes fingerprinting, criminal record check, credit check, and residency in Canada for at least 5 years, with Permanent Resident or Citizenship status.
