• Perform remote monitoring of customer fleets, focusing on telemetry, maintenance, and logistics data to ensure optimal performance
• Provide engineering and systemic solutions to complex reliability and asset availability challenges
• Analyze equipment performance to assess reliability, availability, maintainability, and process safety
• Implement reliability improvement programs and high‑impact projects for cost reductions
• Support the development of analytical platforms for data reporting and decision‑making

• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Mining, or Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of related work experience
• Domain technical knowledge from manufacturing or mining
• Basic mechanical knowledge (advanced knowledge is an asset)
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• A solid understanding of the mining industry
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Applications and customer service focus
• Self‑motivated and self‑directed
• Excellent computer skills
