About the Role:

We are seeking a Multifamily and Commercial Construction Estimator with experience in ground-up projects to join our client' team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost structures, with a proven track record in estimating ground‑up multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground‑up multifamily projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and architects to align budgets with project goals.
  • Identify value‑engineering opportunities to optimize costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Analyze historical cost data and market trends to refine pricing models.
  • Assist in pre‑construction planning and project feasibility assessments.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 years of estimating experience in ground‑up multifamily construction.
