Key Responsibilities
- Apply structured change management methodologies to help ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and practices across healthcare operations
- Develop and execute tailored change strategies based on impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness
- Facilitate collaboration across clinical, administrative, and technical teams; maintain clear and consistent communication across all levels
- Support leaders in their role as change champions by equipping them with the right tools, messaging, and coaching
- Partner with Learning & Development to deliver training solutions that encourage adoption and align with healthcare-specific workflows
- Track progress of change initiatives, measure effectiveness, and deliver updates to project sponsors and steering committees
