We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles. The role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement, enable data‑driven marketing, and deliver personalized experiences at scale.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to deliver robust Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives while adhering to best practices in architecture, security, and compliance.

In addition to hands‑on development, you will contribute to solution architecture, integration strategy, and performance optimization across multiple Salesforce clouds and enterprise systems.

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 3 years in Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, AMPscript, SQL, and automation workflows
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with enterprise applications and data sources
• Understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
• Familiarity with architectural principles for cloud‑based solutions
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Architect certifications
• Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Informatica)
• Experience in marketing automation or CRM development in a large‑scale environment
• Strong problem‑solving and architectural thinking skills
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment balancing multiple priorities
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high‑quality deliverables
