What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure training effectiveness and address ongoing needs
  • Formulate and execute training and education programs for Sales and Marketing Associates, HCPs, and association partners
  • Collaborate with internal partners for program development and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Continuously revise lesson plans and training materials to meet new requirements and keep technical information current
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, or field sales/support in the medical device or healthcare industry (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience)
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and instructional design
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
  • Ability to manage and report on training program effectiveness and compliance
  • Experience in developing training materials and curriculum
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the medical device industry or equivalent healthcare experience
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in medical training
  • Background in sales support or marketing within the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing training programs
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
