What You’ll Do

• Become an Operations & Tech Mastermind
• Automate Everything: Be our go-to expert for finding and implementing AI tools and smart workflows. Your goal: crush manual tasks and build a more efficient operational backbone for the company.
• Master of Logistics: Flawlessly manage complex international travel, high-stakes meeting schedules, and executive calendars. You’ll become a wizard at making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, with everything they need.
• Provide Seamless Support: Handle executive correspondence, prepare well drafted materials, and manage administrative tasks with precision and complete confidentiality.
• Dive Deep into Business Strategy & Research
• Be the Intel Source: When our CEO needs to know about a competitor's latest move or the global supply of various commodities, you'll be the one to dig in and find the answers.
• Analyze What Matters: You'll research everything from stock trading activity to emerging industry trends, financial analysis turning raw data into clear, actionable insights for our leadership team.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Constantly research and evaluate the latest software and AI tools that can give our company a competitive edge and improve operational efficiency.
• A Digital Native: You're comfortable with technology and naturally curious about how AI, automation, and new software can solve real-world problems.
• Insanely Organized: You love building checklists, planning trips, and creating order out of chaos. No detail is too small.
• A Go-Getter: You don't wait to be told what to do. You're proactive, resourceful, and always thinking two steps ahead.

Requirements

Your Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field.
• A demonstrated passion for technology. (Tell us about a workflow you automated, a project you built, or your favorite productivity tools!)
• 0-3 years of experience; we care more about your drive, grit and intelligence than your resume.
