We’re looking for a CRM Specialist (Dynamics 365) to join our Marketing team based in central London. As a CRM Specialist, you will collaborate with the CRM and Data manager, as well as the Head of CRM and analytics, in developing, optimising, and managing our Dynamics 365 systems, apps, and environments to meet business objectives.
This includes implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, configuring backend systems (with support from our CRM developer, ITG colleagues, and partner agencies), and creating efficient customer journeys. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting end-users to ensure optimal use of the system. Your creativity and communication skills will help to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
