Salary: Competitive with a range of exceptional benefits

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist (Dynamics 365) to join our Marketing team based in central London. As a CRM Specialist, you will collaborate with the CRM and Data manager, as well as the Head of CRM and analytics, in developing, optimising, and managing our Dynamics 365 systems, apps, and environments to meet business objectives.

This includes implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, configuring backend systems (with support from our CRM developer, ITG colleagues, and partner agencies), and creating efficient customer journeys. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting end-users to ensure optimal use of the system. Your creativity and communication skills will help to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.

Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. It’s this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to colleagues on the floor, we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. To us, this role in the marketing team is part of a wider purpose to improve lives daily.

What You’ll Do
Technical Expertise
  • Support backend development and configuration of Dynamics 365, including creating and modifying tables, fields, forms, and views.
  • Design, implement, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365, understanding business processes deeply.
  • Work with departments to identify requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Enhance and expand the Dynamics 365 environment, integrating it into sales, marketing, and customer data management strategies.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Communicate project successes, challenges, and lessons to managers and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to users, including creating manuals, workshops, and troubleshooting.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Perform data audits and clean-up activities to maintain a reliable CRM system.
  • Create and update CRM reports using PowerBi and gather dashboard briefs.
  • Create and manage CRM dashboards, working with stakeholders on their needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, with expertise in Dynamics 365 backend configuration.
  • Experience creating workflows with Power Automate and integrating CRM with other tools.
  • Strong skills in customizing Dynamics 365, including fields and system enhancements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis; PowerBI skills are a plus.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with eagerness to learn and upskill in CRM and digital marketing.
