A leading educational institution in Canada is seeking an Office Administrator for the College of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. This role provides essential administrative support, manages inquiries, and ensures effective communication in a busy office environment. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a high school diploma, with proficiency in Microsoft tools. The position offers a salary range of $23.35 - $30.61 per hour, with a permanent status.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum of three years related experience in a post-secondary institution.
- Direct experience in graduate program administration and student services is considered an asset.
- Experience in processing inquiries and managing student documentation.
Aufgaben
- Manage the CGPS reception area to assist students and staff.
- Independently manage the College's general email account for inquiries.
- Liaise with admissions team regarding document evaluation.
