Office Manager - Vancouver - Tech

Our downtown Vancouver client, a global leader in AI, Software Development, and Drone technology, is seeking a dynamic Office Manager with extensive capabilities to establish their new location in downtown Vancouver. The role is 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Salary is 70K+ benefits.

If you are passionate about Tech and AI, and possess exceptional communication skills, along with proven drive and the ability to handle various tasks ranging from office logistics, administrative and HR support, to finance and procurement, then this exciting opportunity could be the role for you!

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR would be a strong asset
  • 3+ years of Office Management and Operations experience, preferably in the tech space or a startup environment
  • Proficiency in and familiarity with SaaS tools
  • Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Understanding of best practices for HR and Procurement
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
