Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security hardware for commercial clients (residential clients on occasion).
• Respond to emergency lockout situations and provide timely solutions, occasionally after hours.
• Cut and duplicate keys, rekey locks, and program electronic locking systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot security hardware issues.
• System administration, including management of customer key files and account files.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a locksmith mandatory.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electronic locking systems.
• Ability to use locksmith tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
