A local healthcare organization in Kitchener is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to plan and facilitate wellness initiatives for employees. Candidates must have a relevant diploma/degree and at least three years of experience in program development. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This role supports a healthy workplace by fostering employee engagement in wellness activities.

Dual reporting to the Director, Medical Affairs and to the Manager, Employee Health, Safety and Wellness, the Wellbeing Coordinator is an enthusiastic and energetic hospital program coordinator and activities planner helping to create a safe, healthy and supportive workplace. The Wellbeing Coordinator plans and facilitates wellness initiatives and events for employees and physicians at WRHN. They assist in the implementation and operation of the wellness program through the administration and organization of mental and physical well-being initiatives across sites.
