Responsibilities

In this program, you will develop through a salaried role aimed at building core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills within the wealth planning process. The program focuses on developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role, providing a foundation for success in this field.

  • You are completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by June 2026, or a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for client relationships and financial advice.
