What We Do
The primary responsibility of the Wealth Advisor is to provide support and excellent client experiences. The Wealth Advisor will be advising clients on how to invest their portfolios and prepare client plans and proposals. The Wealth Advisor will be making moderate client recommendations and proposals. The Wealth Advisor will provide operational support and work closely with internal partners in portfolio services, investments, products, operations, and client services to execute on client relationship strategies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Act as a concierge to clients to assist with their financial needs and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Advise clients on how to invest their portfolios and plan for moderate / basic financial goals.
Proactively contact clients and prospects to educate them about investment strategies, products, and services to help them grow their portfolios.
Ensure clients receive the appropriate levels of service, including meetings, planning, reporting, and responses to requests / questions.
Liaise with back-office and middle-office to provide operational and onboarding support.
