Job summary

A well-established construction firm based in Burnaby, BC is currently seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor. Job Type: Full time and Permanent

Starting date: as soon as possible

Salary : 36.90 hourly, working 30 to 40 hours per week

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Tasks:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Organize and maintain inventory
