Job Summary

The Warehouse / Inventory Person is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse stock, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role ensures products are received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently while following safety and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Accurately record inventory using tracking systems or spreadsheets.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and clearly labeled storage areas.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.Follow all workplace health and safety policies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) if certified.
  • Communicate inventory needs, shortages, or damages to management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Excel, or similar).
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.
  • Forklift certification is required.
Working Conditions
  • Warehouse environment with physical demands.
  • May require standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks.
