Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Coordinator based in Saskatoon, SK. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and material handling. The role involves maintaining accurate records, performing regulatory reporting where required, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating the movement of goods. The Warehouse Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management, and related IT systems
• Strong skills in Communication to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners
• Proficiency in Material Handling for the safe and efficient movement of goods
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety are highly valued
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an asset
• Ability to work as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Physical fitness, routinely required to lift items over 50 lbs.
• Skid steer experience is an asset
• Carpentry and general handyman skills are an asset
