The Role :

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will ensure the store's logistics are up to date. Your responsibilities include unloading stock, retrieving merchandise from the backroom, and supporting various store areas including the sales floor and cash register.

Warehouse Colleagues are enthusiastic and ready to assist in all areas of the store. Safety is our highest priority, and you must always follow safe work practices in the warehouse.

You will provide fast and friendly service to customers, keeping them informed about sales and promotions. Strong product knowledge and maintaining product presentation are essential. You will also replenish stock, assist with flyer products and pricing changes, and ensure quick, accurate checkout interactions.

What you bring to the role :

• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

• Decision-making skills related to shipping and receiving, supporting company guidelines
• Comfort working independently and seeking assistance when needed
• Preferably, 1 year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
