We’re hiring Reach Forklift Operators for a full-time position in a growing, forward-thinking company. This role offers stability, growth, and a rewarding experience.

Position Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 to 15:00 (no weekends!)

Competitive Pay Structure

• Certified Operators (Reach with 1+ years of experience): $23.45/hour
• Certified Operators (daytime only): $23.45/hour
• Non-Certified Candidates: $22.75/hour, with full training and certification provided

What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Operate Reach Forklifts: Load, unload, and move products efficiently and safely.
• Order Management: Manage and retrieve orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare and Verify Orders: Pick and pack precise orders for our valued HVAC-R clients, ensuring accuracy in every shipment.

• Experienced with Reach Forklift: At least one year of experience on the Reach forklift is ideal.
• Team Player: You’re punctual, reliable, and committed to the team’s success.
