We currently have an outstanding opportunity in our Edmonton, Alberta location for a highly motivated team player as a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for organizing the daily workload, making sure pertinent orders are completed in a timely matter (including cutting and picking of sales orders), noting any discrepancies and advising the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor and helping in maintaining a clean, safe and organized environment.

What Your Day May Look Like:
  • Ensure orders are correctly picked and cut.
  • Report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Adhere to final inspection and shipping procedures.
  • Follow all safety regulations and report unsafe situations to Manager or Supervisor
  • Participate in inventory preparation and completion of company inventory counts.
  • Act as necessary to maintain a clean and safe working environment for self and others.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
  • Two (2) years broad warehouse/distribution experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures.
  • Ability to load and unload materials.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, bend, squat and stand.
  • Ability to manage an inventory system.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift.
  • Be aware of your surroundings including mental, physical, visual and environment conditions.
