About the Role

Vitacore is searching for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities.

The Warehouse Associate will have previous warehouse experience, previous shipping and receiving experience, and some areas of the role to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits (manual lifting of boxes and containers).
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Complete diary logs into inventory.
  • Report any discrepancies.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Associate.
  • Current forklift license (reach/Class 2 forklift experience is highly desirable).
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and apps.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs or heavier).
  • An Associate Degree or higher is desired.
