We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team in a unique role that supports the Warehouse, Customer Service, and Demo Room. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also working directly with customers.
Warehouse duties include picking orders, stocking materials, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace—all with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. In the Demo Room, you’ll operate and maintain printers, plotters, and laminating equipment, run samples for sales, and support customer demos. On the Customer Service side, you’ll assist clients in person, by phone, and by email—handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and processing transactions with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse (3 days per week)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
- Receive shipments from vendors and branches, ensuring proper documentation.
- Convert vinyl into yardage as required.
- Liaise with the Branch Administrator to ensure accurate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle customer pick-up orders with professionalism.
- Track shipments, verify receipts, and report inventory errors, damages, or claims.
- Complete required data entry and maintain organized warehouse operations.
Demo Room
- Provide customer demonstrations of equipment and products.
- Maintain demo equipment and ensure the room is clean and organized.
- Create printed samples for the Sales Team.
- Support CSR team with troubleshooting defective products.
Customer Service
- Build strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communicate policy, product, and service updates clearly.
- Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and track shipments.
- Reconcile freight charges and ensure billing accuracy.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (such as a Print Technology Diploma) considered an asset.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check.
- Valid forklift license an asset; willingness to obtain certification is required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
- Comfortable and experienced operating both office and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pump trucks, carts, and computer-assisted inventory systems.
- Experience with shipping/receiving, order picking, and inventory control considered an advantage.
- Direct customer service experience, with the ability to interact professionally and positively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain quality while working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Skilled in handling situations with sensitivity, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated data entry, editing, and typing skills with a track record of accuracy and efficiency.
Base Salary:
- $45,000-50,000 per year
- Salary based on experience
- Full benefits package
Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30AM – 5:00PM

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
