Summary

Required Qualifications
  • Medical Office Administrations Diploma/Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge

  • Extensive computer competency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to effectively liaise with physicians, health‑care providers, and staff at SJGHEL to ensure optimal patient flow.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage telephone inquiries and relay calls and messages as appropriate.
  • Ability to update and maintain master schedules, staffing grids, fill needs, manage, and process requests for time off in accordance with collective bargaining agreements (CBA).
  • Demonstrated ability and flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision.
