About the Role:
We’re hiring a Vice President of Engineering / Toronto Site Lead to launch and scale our new Toronto office. You’ll be the most senior technical leader on-site, with direct leadership over our Infrastructure and Data Engineering teams. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping the office culture, hiring world-class talent, and establishing Tubi and Tubi Media Group’s long-term presence in Toronto.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who is passionate about modern AI-driven development, large-scale systems, building high-performing teams and culture from the ground up. You will play a significant role in shaping the future of Tubi Media Group which consists of streaming and advertising. As the first engineering executive on-site, you’ll have founder-like responsibilities over the growth and success of Tubi’s Toronto office, with support from experienced leaders across Tubi Media Group.
