A leading sleep company is seeking an experienced Videographer to join its in-house Creative team in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of video production experience, a solid portfolio, and proficiency in key video editing software. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
Casper Canada is a leading sleep company that initially launched in the US in 2014 with one perfect mattress sold directly to consumers. Its product line of obsessively engineered sleep products has expanded to include sheets, pillows, bed frames, and a dog mattress that are sold online and in stores. In 2023, Casper Canada joined Sleep Country Canada’s family of brands where our small and highly collaborative team continues to grow.
We’re looking for an experienced Videographer to join our in‑house Creative team. In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of video production, from planning and setup to shooting, editing, and final delivery. You’ll help bring Casper’s brand story to life through high‑quality, engaging video content across digital advertising, social media, retail, and our website.
The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively driven. Someone who understands how to light and shoot compelling footage while maintaining a strong sense of brand tone and storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to translate briefs and creative direction into polished, on‑brand videos that support a range of production projects from UGC content to full‑scale campaigns.
This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
