Key Responsibilities

  • Lead video projects from concept to completion, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, and audio balancing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, product, events) to develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy.
  • Create mood boards, storyboards, and scripts to guide production.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout project phases to ensure alignment and approvals.
  • Produce high-quality video and motion graphic assets that drive engagement and meet performance goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and maintain an efficient creative pipeline to meet deadlines.
  • Apply expertise in camera operation, composition, and lighting for studio and on‑location shoots.
  • Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, audio gear, and lighting setups.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share innovative ideas with the team.
  • Travel as needed to capture in‑house events at global locations.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You have eight years (8) of experience in video production, editing, and motion design.
  • You have proven ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and deliver videos that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • You have strong experience in stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration.
  • You have exceptional problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced, deadlinedriven environments.
  • You have knowledge in advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) — knowledge of Final Cut Pro is required for current editing setup; 3ds Max or Unreal is a plus.
  • You have a creative and analytical mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • You have aviation marketing experience is an asset.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
