Qualifications

  • 10 years sales experience in analytical instruments, scientific equipment, or environmental solutions.
  • Proven track record in strategic sales with research institutions, laboratories, and industrial customers.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (> 30%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Analytical Instruments to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage key customer relationships and drive participation in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to build long-term relationships.
  • Define sales processes that deliver predictable results and implement improvements as needed.

The Opportunity

Picarro is seeking a seasoned high-energy Vice President of Analytical Instruments to lead global sales strategy and execution. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and continuing to position Picarro's analytical instruments as market leaders.

Key Responsibilities
