About the Job
As a Vendor Success Manager I, your mission is to ensure third-party Marketplace products are seamlessly launched, reliably fulfilled, and continuously optimized through proactive communication, operational precision, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll work across onboarding, training, fulfillment, and support to manage vendor interactions using structured SOPs, insight-led reporting, and AI-enriched diagnostic tools.
In this role, your success ensures our Marketplace evolves into a scalable, AI-ready commerce hub for our Partners and their SMB clients. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketplace, Billing, Support, and Marketing teams—helping vendors integrate smoothly, adopt best practices, and achieve fulfillment excellence.
