Role Summary

We are seeking an all-around champion who can understand customer needs and advise the best-suited banking solutions for a positive customer experience.

In this role you will
  • Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals and bill payments in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions while handling confidential information
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as necessary
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes promptly and accurately
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes
  • Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment and participate in personal performance development
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up-to-date on routine activities
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvements
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
  • Strong administration, organizational planning and time management skills for a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet
  • Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication to connect with different people in a calm, courteous and professional manner
