This role involves selling pre‑owned medium‑duty & heavy‑duty trucks, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering tailored solutions to fleet operators, owner‑operators, and commercial clients. Working Conditions
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Mix of indoor showroom and outdoor yard environments.
  • Travel may be required for customer visits or trade shows.

  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate truck solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate trucks to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing, warranties, and trade‑in values.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Inventory & Product Knowledge
  • Maintain deep knowledge of inventory, including specs, history, and condition.
  • Collaborate with service and reconditioning teams to ensure trucks are sale ready.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Prepare accurate sales documentation in line with provincial and federal regulations.
  • Ensure all trucks meet Transport Canada and provincial safety standards.
  • Assist customers with registration, insurance, and delivery coordination.
Performance & Reporting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
