A leading retail membership club in Ontario is looking for a dedicated individual to support Membership services. Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals.
Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicating progress, and seeking improvement opportunities.
Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and adhering to business practices.
Respect individuals by embracing diversity, creating an inclusive workplace, and fostering a culture of belonging where all associates can thrive.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
