The Position

This is a hands‑on development position and requires extensive hands‑on coding on Epicor Kenetic, plus functional experience. Candidates must have excellent communication, presentation, and consulting experience and be able to work directly with the client without supervision. This role offers a remote work environment, a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic setting, and a comprehensive pay rate range.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage Kinetic tools (SDK, BPM, BAQ, functions) to extend user‑defined data with custom logic, process data, and tailor user experience
• Create screen changes, application builds, and dashboards using Kinetic Application Studio.
• Develop SSRS reports to provide valuable business insights.
• Create and customize Business Process Management (BPM) solutions to streamline workflows and improve alerting and reporting functions.
• Optimize and document customizations, ensuring upgrade readiness and reducing support issues.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience.
• MUST HAVE Minimum 5 years of hands‑on development on Epicor Kenetic. This is not a fit for a functional consultant, but a senior hands‑on technical development consultant.
• Expertise in C# or .NET Framework, for customizing business logic, building APIs, and extending Kinetic’s functionality.
• Expertise in SQL for querying, modifying, and analyzing data within Kinetic’s database.
• Experience in JavaScript and AngularJS for developing custom web components and UI elements within Kinetic.
• Experience in XML for configuring and customizing the Kinetic application.
• Optimize Epicor Kinetic Framework (EKF) for creating business rules, workflows, and data processing logic within Kinetic.
