Key Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent and emergency medical care to pets during afternoon and overnight shifts.
  • Perform thorough physical examinations and diagnostics, including the use of in-house laboratory and imaging equipment.
  • Develop and communicate treatment plans to pet owners, offering clear guidance and compassionate support during stressful situations.
  • Perform medical and surgical procedures such as wound care, abscess treatments, laceration repairs, and stabilization of critical cases.
  • Monitor and manage hospitalized patients, ensuring their comfort and care throughout their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all cases.
  • Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on the severity of their condition.
  • Handle client communications with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on educating pet owners about their pet’s health.
