TheSales Associateis the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.

Requirements:
  • Full TimeStore Associates must be able to workmore than 32 hoursper week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to40 hours per week.
  • Part TimeStore Associates must be able to workup to 32 hoursper week based on business needs.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week and on weekends.
  • Ability to travel to and train at different locations in the province of British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
  • Meet and exceed sales expectations.
  • Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
  • Monitor and replenish floor stock while maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Understand, respect and follow the company’s code of conduct.
  • Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
  • Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
