- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and validation methods (interviews, A/B testing, analytics)
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ standards and inclusive design practices
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision

Description of Duties :
- The consultant will lead the design of user-centered products and services for web and mobile applications at a Canadian financial institution.
- Duties include creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs; planning and conducting user research and usability testing; ensuring accessibility compliance; collaborating with developers for implementation; and contributing to the enterprise design system.
- The consultant will present findings and design rationale to stakeholders and help shape digital transformation initiatives.
