Transportation Operations Manager

Location: Timmins, Ontario | Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily transportation operations, including safety, dispatch, maintenance, routing, and facility management.
  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance development, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, contractual, and company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school officials, parents, and the community.
  • Lead customer contract management and retention efforts.
  • Monitor and manage location budget, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Support charter and commercial growth opportunities.
  • Champion employee engagement and company initiatives at the location.
What You Bring
  • Operations experience, including 1 year in a management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational technologies.
