As the Training Lead for the Copilot deployment, you’ll design and deliver a world-class onboarding and training experience that empowers teams to confidently adopt AI tools. You’ll lead the development of scalable, role-specific learning journeys that reflect their culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 5+ years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, or training leadership roles.
• 3+ years of experience delivering adult learning programs or corporate training.
• Familiarity with M365 tools.
• Strong interest in technology, specifically AI would be a huge asset.
• Knowledge of modern digital learning tools, e-learning platforms, and communications strategies

Compensation:

This role pays between $45-55 per hour.
