Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in training and development roles.
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training and development of firm’s Integrated Advisory partners.
• Designs and develops training and development plans.
• Evaluates effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations.
