Overview

Cella by Randstad Digital is a leading creative and marketing talent solutions company. We are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Manager to join a global client's team. They are looking for a strategic partner who is passionate about customer education and building meaningful relationships. You will drive the adoption of their learning platform across key customer accounts, aligning learning solutions with their products and services to support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary training liaison for key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Customize and build learning paths on the platform to support specific customer training needs.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation. This may require some travel within the Quebec region.
  • Manage user data and platform access to ensure accurate reporting and proper user segmentation.
  • Develop and send weekly communications to customers, highlighting new content and updates.
  • Monitor learner feedback and engagement data to continuously improve training strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, customer success, or training program management.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with both external customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with a learning management system (LMS) or digital learning platform.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze learner behavior and make strategic decisions.
Summary

Our Client operates globally. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.

Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English, oral and written. In particular, this position will require the employee to communicate with English-speaking clients, partners, and employees located outside Quebec on a regular basis.
