Responsibilities

  • Accurately fulfill transactions and perform reconciliation activities within deadlines.
  • Analyze and resolve non-routine discrepancies; escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of new processes or services.
  • Support the Technology department in data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in trade data where applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.

Skills

Systems Experience: BPS/ADP, GEMS, IMatch, Global Framework, DTC/OCC/Arrow/CDS portals
Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and VBA
Understanding of Capital Market operations in Canada and USA
Good knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements
Experience in administrative tasks within the Financial Services industry

The Job
