We have filled all Tour Guides vacancies for the Winter 2025 season. If you have already submitted your application and still would like to work with us, you will be considered for on‑call Tour Assistant positions of the Winter 2025 season.

Hiring for the Spring and Summer season will start in January. Feel free to submit an early application!

Tour Guide & Tour Assistant Positions Open for Spring & Summer 2026 ( March – October 2026)

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Payment Structure

Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications (to be discussed).

• Average of $20‑25 p/h Tour Guides or Assistant Guides (Step‑on Guides) – Most tours are based on a set tour rate.
• Average of $22‑30 p/h for Drivers and Driver Guides – Most tours are base on a set tour rate.
• Training and Training Tours conducted at minimum wage.

• Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
• All potential hires are required to be able to get to departure points on their own.
• One of our major departure points is Canada Place in downtown Vancouver.
