Summary

The Ticket Scanner is usually the first point of contact for our Patrons where they can be welcomed and get information.

Description

Volunteers will start by retrieving a handheld scanner from our volunteer room & ensure it is in working order and ready to scan. They will receive patrons in a friendly, welcoming manner and scan tickets. They will also direct patrons to the lobby & advise them of the locations of bathrooms, concession sales and bar and will also direct patrons in a wheelchair or using walkers etc to an usher to assist with the elevator.
