A leading IT consulting firm is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the test strategy for a large-scale banking system replacement. You will manage end-to-end quality assurance and testing across multiple systems, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and proven skills in managing mission-critical testing lifecycles. This is a full-time position based in Ottawa, Ontario.
Experienced Quality Manager with over 10 years in quality assurance and testing leadership across digital transformation and complex system implementation projects. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end testing lifecycles planning with different functional teams and ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to modern platforms with zero business disruption. Demonstrated experience with mission-critical high-availability or regulated environments.
The Quality Manager will lead the test strategy and execution for a large-scale mission-critical banking system replacement at the client. This system will fully replace a legacy high-availability platform and must meet rigorous standards for accuracy availability performance and resiliency.
