Position: Territory Manager - SK

Responsibilities:

As a Territory Manager (Saskatchewan) at Timken Canada LP, you will be the pivot between our clients and our internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and align our solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Account Growth:Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Communication:Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Clearly articulate our value proposition and keep clients informed on project timelines, deliverables, and any relevant updates.
  • Problem Solving:Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM is a plus.
