Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify the program needs of individuals supported and implement life plans.
  • Provide case management to individuals on caseload.
  • Offer life skills training and emotional support to individuals.
  • Maintain documentation and monitor finances for individuals supported.
  • Direct part-time staff as needed.
