A leading mining company is seeking a Technician for Finance Administrative in Nunavut, where you will play a crucial role in the Finance Department. Responsibilities include validating time entries, processing invoices, and preparing administrative reports. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position offers a combination of teleworking and onsite presence, with a 40-hour work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Financial Reporting Superintendent, you will be part of the Finance Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Note that the official working language at our Nunavut operations is English.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A combination of tele-working with presence at our offices in either Val-d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda or Mirabel, QC. Occasional visits to site may also be required.
