Technical Training Analyst

Role
As aTechnical Training Analyst (Internal title: TenarisUniversity Analyst)atTenarisUniversity Canada, you will serve as a critical link between our training function and operational excellence. Embedded within our manufacturing environment and with a safety mindset, this role partners closely with line leaders and technical teams to identify knowledge and skill gaps related to machinery, processes, and safety. You will design, develop, and implement targeted training programs that directly support shop floor and professional employees’ performance and business priorities. With a strong focus on technical depth, safety procedures and hands-on application, you will help foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building across our Canadian operations.
